Why Sectra?

We have successfully supported healthcare organizations in Canada since 2008 when we established our first customer in Ontario. In 2017, Sectra created a direct operation in Canada to increase our local presence. Today, we are very proud to have the most satisfied customer base in North America. With our roots in radiology and our focus solely on imaging, Sectra provides a comprehensive enterprise image management solution. For the third consecutive year, Sectra PACS has been awarded “Best in KLAS” globally for highest customer satisfaction.

Local support and training

Technical support and training is provided through our highly skilled Canadian and US-based service engineering team, who are connected 24/7 to the global Sectra call center. Additionally, remote monitoring is an integral part of Sectra support, and provides our customers with proactive monitoring of their mission critical systems. We also offer a variety of off-site and online customer training and education, including our annual 3-day user group meeting.

All courses are free of charge

In Sectra’s ongoing effort to provide the most valuable courses to our customers, we offer a range of options including free online classes and classroom courses. Most courses are ASRT approved.
